hawkers, i am going on record here. even if the unemployment goes to 10%, the property market won't crash here, might go down 10-15% percent.

tell me when will the unemployemnt go to 10%, bears including mega, mega bears like steve keen, dent etc are saying that from last 12 years, still haven't gone to 10%.
