myproblem-who knows what will happen if unemployment hits 10%, it wont be pretty. If the property gains were built on fundamentals then their would only be moderate concern, but a great deal of the increases have been built purely on speculation-this is the scary part.
If someone has made 40% on their property and fears loosing money-would they rationalise that selling and only loosing 20% is better than risking 40%? After all they still have made 20%? With fast gains comes fast losses
This is what you have to contend with in markets-hell come on-you know how irrational people can be.
