people, if you think about the near future...with all these...

people, if you think about the near future...

with all these troubles happening on all the continents of the world...who are we to think that somehow we can avoid it ?

is the "mother of all debts" (mortgage) really something you need on your back as we approach this 'era' ?

isn't it going to be bad enough with depleted sources of money...let alone in a 5, 6, 7 hundreds of dollars of debt per week ?

so...start 5 years later (5 years from now)...how much worse of can you be? prices are only going down !

you would have to be a complete tool (or worse) to recommend buying property at this 'juncture' !
