I don't live in Australia, but I spoke to a family member who is out looking for a job in a senior position and they said that a lot of people are getting laid off and HR departments are hurting. I am surprised the unemployment rate hasn't budged. Maybe it is just her industry that is hurting, but I tend to read a lot about job losses.
