The conservatives in New Zealand and in the UK have introduced a price on carbon. The UK with all its fiscal woes is pushing ahead its fight to reduce carbon emissions.

Who gets the taxes? The Government, that's who. When a government wants more money, right or wrong, new taxes is what they do. I wonder if that will have the same negative impact as letting Muslims in to the country. Governments don't always make the right decisions. I am still waiting for Julia to do that, make a right decision that is.
