Good to see credit given where it's due. IMO the voices of doom & gloom weaken their case by failing to acknowledge that we have seen major achievements under the Rudd-Gillard Govts.
Some posters seem willing to draw parallels between our economy & 'the PIGS' but unable to acknowledge differences such as their very high unemployment & Govt. debt levels of the order of 100% of GDP.
People overseas know Australia only copped a flesh wound from the GFC & must wonder what our problem is in not stepping up to address climate change, embracing emerging new industries & tackling fair returns from our big miners.
That said, IMO you're doing a better job at selling Julia Gillard's narrative than she is [compliment intended].
