unemployment rate 5.7% not 4.9%

most of us know the figures are fudged to death, to keep the mushrooms happy
but 100,000 moved to disabilty support pensions in the last 2 years
overweight people get that pension...and those with hearing defects...omg how ridiculous
labor will try to move 100,000 off that pension
there are 815,000 on disability pensions wow
so add another 100k to the june unemployment of 589,000
like taking back those who moved from unemployed to disability past 2 years...for a more correct figure

plus I had to laugh at posts here yesterday, using figures of $800,000 for discussions....
what on earth
average Melb median price is around 550k.s
none of the bears would have $800,000 sitting in cash, they are more likely to be lucky to have $50,000 whilst living with the parents...
not paying rent...
so comparisons of earning interest on 800,000 or paying rent, or buying a house is just ludicrous on this forum

try using a more realistic mortgage of 300,000 to do any sums
I am not having a go at the posters, seems an easy enough figure to use...but lets be more realistic based on the audience on here
they dont have that type of cash to begin with, its too far out of their league
some would be lucky if they even had $20,000 stashed away for the deposit.....
do the calculations based on more real figures that would apply to the audience on this forum..
