You don't need to be Einstein to realise that all the recent job loss announcements mean unemployment is unfortunately on the way up. We have already seen the large increases in unemployment prick the bubble in the Sunshine and Gold Coasts. With unemployment increasing elsewhere particularly in Sydney where I am, prices will start to plummet. A good time to sell IMO.
