I'm still waiting for the coalition of the willing to take the aged 50+ off the Disability pension and put onto Newstart where they belong, i also don't consider anyone who is working 20 hours a week as fully employed, that needs to be adjusted too, and PS:if you lose your job and your partner is earning above $57,000 you get no entitlements, no Newstart, No Healthcare Card, nada nothing, there are 3 individuals in my street i know to be in this position who can no longer meet their Mortgage payments, these people are not on the Governments books as unemployed, only the tax office has any interest in them, just in case they decide to take their super early just so they can survive, then the ATO takes a really big chunk out of that and when they do reach retirement age they will have Nada Nothing Nil Zilch.
