if they abolished support for the multibillion$ black ecomony
of undeclared and unTAXED money in australia.
not only could they tax it but it would be regulated and declared.
technically,it would halve the unemployment rate in a stroke.
also it would remove a large segment of australias criminals from that category,probably halve jail numbers,
and make it impossible for gangs to compete,it would eliminate foreign trafficing,
it would generate employment and diverse types of small new businesses.
all legal,transparent,declaring income,paying tax.
all those billions in the current black non taxable economy are available to bribe and corrupt our officials.
ultimately there are not taxable
this must change
personally i think the laws are stupid and have no relevence to the here and now of real life in this day and age in australia.
i,m sure a majority of magistrates,judges and police would appreciate the removal of growth and trade in marihuana
from the criminal list and legalised.
