to the team doing all the research on this stock asteroider .plough etc well done i enjoy the read and the info you are putting on the table(better than anything i could dig up)
AFR had a pretty bland set of articles on REITs this week end.the only thing of real interest was the suggestion that gearing levels for property trusts should be round the 20-30% level....I doubt any property trust has that level of gearing.
