Sammy I read the news but did not know how it would affect RNY sp.
It looked to me like they are forming an alliance to prevent another company from coming to the feed trough (is that your take on it?)
RNY is our trusts biggest oinker so it is of particular interest to me.
Be interesting if we get a dividend next quarter out of this pig previous half yearly dividends have been near half of current share price.
Anyway this pig looks safe untill late part of 2010 when it needs to do major refinancing.
I feel there is a niggling concern with Arrow electronics viability who take up around 7% of RNYs rentable space
SL Green are due to make an earnings announcent in the next few days be interesing to see how pig stye occupancy rates have been affected with the financial melt down.
