I agree with you. Surely it is a huge concern for me that they are just operating at a very small workforce.

While the good news is that IF they are able to continue securing more contracts, it shows strength. However to scale to be something larger, more hiring is needed.

As for Jason's departure, on the surface it is concerning. Especially when they are in a bidding for Defence contract. To me it just doesnt sound promising on that front.

My view is that, Defence is not their main piority. From the latest AGM we can see that Amazon logistics and Utilities are still the key drivers for them.

Overall this proves to be a step back for now, but we will see how it goes in the upcoming Quarter updates and also the whole of 2023 because much of the progress are going to materialised this year.
