It's my understanding that the IIN shares distributed are able to be disposed of immediately under the 50% CGT discount (provided the AMM shares against which they are distributed have been held 12 mths).
As I wasn't sure this would apply, it was a pleasant surprise to have it confirmed in the Notice of General Meeting.
Furthermore I think the Directors have been very transparent and forthright in their assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed distribution, and I am quite comfortable to maintain my investment in AMM into the forseeable future.
