Unexpected Porn Bills on your phone A/c? Read this, page-32

I cant beleive you guys are holding TLS accountable for this. It is clearly the sites that are responsible for redialing the connection, in order for you to be billed for a 1900 number, you MUST redial. When visiting these porn sites, a conditions of use box often appears. Most of us are used to scrolling through it and clicking the "I ACCEPT" button. Within the text, it clearly states that you will be disconnected from your current connection and re connected using a new dialup that will be automatically installed to your pc on accepting the terms and conditions.
I dont agree with the way that it is done or the prices charged but the fact of the matter is that you must click the I ACCEPT before these charges appear on your bill. I have heard heaps of stories about people being charged for these services incorrectly but in all cases they have accepted the terms & conditions without reading them. It is wrong and sneaky but that is not TLS, that is the web site.
Exactly which calls should TLS be allowed to charge you for?
The money goes to TLS customer ie: the web site.
