The other alternative to blocking 1900 access is to connect to the internet via an "Internet Access Server" which is basically a small router at a cost of around $200. Added benefits are multiple PC's on your network get Internet Access, NAT firewalling and of course these scam dialers wont work. It's nice to be able to sleep at night.
