Yes there has been dilution/Rights Offers in the interim.
The oil price has recovered.
CVN has transformed from an oil producer [Thailand] to an oil and gas explorer [Australia]; it will forever be another drill, another drill....admittedly, eventually a very admirable catalogue of assets, bordering on stranded.
Beach, AWE et.al. are powering ahead; CVN languishes.
