Should be good for stock markets on Monday onward.
Breaking: Senate passes GOP tax reform bill
The Senate has passed major tax reform legislation along party lines.
The vote was split 51 to 49. Sen. Bob Corker of Tennessee voted no, joining all 48 Democrats.
"The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, as amended, is passed," Vice President Mike Pence announced, prompting Republicans to break out into applause.
The bill will now go to Senate/House negotiations.
