I believe SEN produced it. I first bought it two years ago. It cost about 6 cents so I bought heaps. If you want some though buy it now though. Could be a bit to expensive for you to afford in a few weeks.
The stuff like Viagra that you're refering to is the equivalent of a quarter strength Viagra.
