A Scheme of Arrangement requires only 75% support from those who vote to become effective for all investors. I don't expect it will make any difference, however I'm voting no to send a message to management that running a business into the ground, then bringing in a 3rd party to acquire the company at the detriment of the shareholders (but to the benefit management who shall remain shareholders) should not be encouraged.
Even an ?Independent Expert? (i.e. an accounting firm, paid to tell investors to do as the directors want) can't bring itself to say selling your units at a 41.5% discount to net assets is ?fair?.
