80+% of eligible unitholders voted for the disposal of units at 24 cents when they have an underlying niv of 41 cents (plus the unpaid current distribution)!
Hard to fathom ....
Challenger Group's self interest in all this is breathtaking ....
Well I guess I will have to take the 24 cents paid by 14 February 2011 and make sure that I steer clear of the Challenger Group with all future investments
