It all quite simply says less than 50% of the big players are not backing the deal, how much less is anyones guess.
Whether it be "surveys" with repeated follow up phone calls to no voters & now this last gasp effort of a divvy promise that has less weight than a politician saying denticare; these acts of desperation clearly show the importrance of the retail investors vote in this instance. They would not give two hoots about winning our vote if they felt they had the backing of major holders.
