Posters should remember that JC has more at stake in this deal going ahead than anyone
Crazy to be critical of him, when the decision for voluntary suspension is clearly in all shareholders best interests
Nobody wants to get hurt.
The terms of the deal are excellent and clear.
JC is obviously working hard to complete.
He is making himself available to those looking for reassurance that things aren't off the rails, but he is avoiding putting anything in writing that can come back to hurt him and the Company
I wouldn't either in these circumstances
I don't think we could expect more, so let's give him the credit for providing shareholders an exciting value add opportunity
I still expect things to go ahead in coming weeks
Posters should remember that JC has more at stake in this deal...
