Only 0.4% increase in LFL sales, compared to 2.1% the previous quarter.
Given past management commentary that internet sales have been growing strongly (and so would represent a large component of increased sales), the actual physical store sales have probably gone backwards over the year, despite the investments in staff and infrastructure.
