Who knows whether buying at 5c is a good deal or not. But the fundamental problem here is the economics of extracting the deposit and getting it to market. This is what keeps stalling this project. The unfortunate reality of commodity cycles is that every 5-10 years a new management team gets to dress it up in new studies/presentations/thematic, get retail investors excited and pay themselves nice salaries whilst doing so. Then it’ll fall on hard times, they’ll eventually move on, the stock will fall dormant (and sometimes de-list) and then when things are hot sometime in the future, it all kicks off again.
