For thought people.
Until now we and most governments thought NIMBY so why should I worry about climate change?
There was/is no formal mechanism to address loss and damage from climate change currently. This will change at COP19 in Fiji 12-14 September.

So governments of whatever flavour will take climate change much more seriously, ultimately because of self interest.
