    angor532 You would stand up for the master of the vessel as being free to go against the law of the owner of that vessel because bestowed on your right of passage is the laws you have abide by ?

    As being a vessel and understanding the rules of ownership of that vessel is different to the master you place in charge to do this .

    When you have left port you are of understanding the master of the vessel is in charge as the responsible person its not to be bought or sold because one has the ticket to the rules one does not .


    I felt for that freak then i felt he didnt have the back bone anyway for other people .

    I tried understand every position he would have take and he folded imo

    They offered him to the herd before he left and well it was a very good reason to travel do business its just the master of the vessel never made sure he was doing his right of passage .

    If they got coughs up cyclone situation the master of the vessel does not change his course because of the owner is getting a little sea sick .
