You better believe it TShirt! A lot of funds out there are truly desperate for ANY sort of return. I'm not suggesting that all the successful tenderers are in that category however, there are a lot of marginal funds that are really suffering at present....with a junior like NEN, they would have not done a great deal of in-depth research, just ensured that they had the downside covered.
