Having dealt with Aussie finance 'professionals' I would suggest there are just as many questionable practices in AU as NZ. Difference is that is you are caught in AU they tend to deliver a good degree of pain, in NZ a slap with a damp bus ticket is usually about as bad as it gets.
NEN selling has been algo/bot controlled for some time now, and started long before the CR was even a bit of Kens imagination. When you look at the volume over the last two months there has been either some interesting changes in the registry or some interesting dark pool/algo trading type activity going on.
