    Indeed they haven't got an SAA, as I've repeatedly pointed out to the "Its in the bag" crew. And judging by investor reaction to the "we've got everyone onside" Ann, there is not much confidence yet.... which is precisely my point.  I'll let the SP do the talking for me.
