Is this the first NKP ANN/quarterly with Zijin Directors on the board because they might have some input?
Do they live in South Africa or China, I wonder.
Maybe Perth? I noticed there is a Perth in SAfrica too.

Remembering that Genorah are just large shareholders of NKP, right? and have common directors...right?
Now if they sold all their shares to Zijin...would they still be directors?

Bengwenyama..is nice local tribal name but funded by? Is that why others were asking that question?

What makes you think that Genorah will sell all their NKP shares in one hit?

What will most likely happen is that they will firstly offload the 145m that has been announced.

The next phase will relate to whether Zijin will go into a JV with Genorah and NKP or takeover NKP. If its a takeover Genorah will most likely sell their remaining NKP shares and options and get free carry for their 26% of the Garatau project. The H farm and Tubatse deals will come at a later date.

The issue of the Bengwenyama Tribe dispute has come to the foreground for two reasons.

Firstly the case goes to the Supreme Court of Appeals on Aug 22nd. It may get resolved or back for more appeals. No one knows the possible outcome as this is Sth Africa a country where lawyers have no idea of possible outcomes based upon history of ConCourt etc.

Secondly our downramper jmcotseeya who confirms a connection ( either relative- most likely or friend) with the organisation funding the Bengwenyama Tribe
has raised the issue in a recent post. Included in his ongoing rants are remarks against OKAP and Landau. Since NKP's shareprice is in the pits and no Quarterly issued he gains an element of credibility for now.

Suggest you keep cool and watch for the next announcement. Zijin has not invested funds for no reason.
