    I think I know what happened, the staff bought a new FAX for the office but unfortunately its a very futuristic fax machine that is very complicated to operate, so all the NKP staff have been reading the 500 page user manual about how to send a fax, that's why the asx haven't received it yet, because the nkp staff are still trying to figure out how to send the quarterly through the new fax machine.
