Seriously though, the question is, what reasoning could there be or advantage to anybody, to let trading go into suspension by not submitting the quarterly? If they needed a TH, why wouldn't they submit the quarterly along with a TH request and save looking like muppets.
There has to be a reason for deliberately choosing this option surely….but to me the only reasons i can think of - and the price action immediately before trading was suspended - don't fill me with confidence.
To me it clearly looks like there is something drastic they have to include in the Quarterly but don't want to…it's gone into suspension because they're hoping they can get it changed before they release the Quarterly.
But once again here's to hoping your optimism is well founded this time Mac.
