Given it was likely to trade below half a cent on re listing anyway I would expect the retail punters would be lucky to get cents in the dollar of whatever their holding was worth - use the 1 cent issue price so a hundred Share was worth a $ buck you might get 10 c per hundred shares but even that may be wishful thinking
