Ungani Oil Restart

Given the depatrture (or non-arrival) of Sabre from the Ungani restart and development plan, the quesion I have in my mind is:

What will an Ungani restart look like given current estimated production from the existing wells is estimated at 400 bopd.

Specifically, will this production level be enough to support a "mini" refinery in the short term or will we need additinal oil from Mars or another well to get to a commercial footing??

There has been very little commentary on the loss of the Mars well from this years program but I suspect the this course of action will materially push back any meaningful cash generation from Ungani. Penny wise, pound foolish argument??
