    CEO our own BRU optimism machine! I'm alluding to our strategic partner nonsense dragging on and everybody too scared to make any decisions while the government and the bureaucrats dither, duck, dive and defer. Basically I feel that if the Government will not make the rules and guidelines then it's almost impossible for companies to make exploration and development decisions. If it ain't green it can't be seen. Cheers
