TGN recently did a $20mil placement for accelerated
development @MT Mulgine.
In regards to ATA:
From an announcement dated 26/2/18, a HoA was signed with JV partner.
The parties must use their best endeavours to procure that 'Conditions Precedent'
are met by 5pm on 30/4/18.
Completion is intended to occur 5 business days after 'Conditions Precedent' are
satisfied.
Interesting to see what comes of that JV.
