I'm not at all saying that TS has done anything wrong, but I agree with Sem. RB acquired all of the assets to date, developed the drill strategy and in fact all the exploration to date was mapped out by him, it just takes time to come to life.

RB also brought in TS as the designated replacement and put in in a position to learn about the company and get ready for the role for 12 months.

I'd say he did a pretty good job not only in the strategy area, but in having a great succession plan.

I think TS will do a very good job for us, so seriously no complaints, I just feel the person that has brought us forward to this point is copping some unfair criticism because progress was slower than hoped, but then again we did have the crash in gas price and the GFC to contend with.
