More accurately, COE is doing nothing we can see.
Except being strongly cash-positive each and every day, of course.
Look at Beach - many people (especially including me) bagged them for sitting on that pile of cash, while their share price drifted from 36 cents to 28 cents ... then they announced the Anzon deal and *wham* 45-50 cents was the new trading range.
COE will track a similar path, once they show they are doing something other than participating at 25-30% in small Cooper Basin wells.
COE is a stock for the patient.
