Getting into Uni is one thing but they would still have to pass exams at Uni before graduating right? Otherwise I would be asking my doctor/dentist/engineer/ etc what is their race before deciding to use their services. But knowing that they got a free pass to uni would make me think twice anyway!! This is a really a dumb idea and actually works against the people they think they are helping. If I was an indigenous person and worked hard to get into uni, I would be really peeved if some lazy dumb arse low IQ got a free pass, and lowered my standing at the uni.
