Someone has to pay,there is no such thing as a free lunch.Whether it you Dex,politicain perks,pension someone is paying.While in your case you have paid it back--not all do. Whether the levy kick in at a higher rate due to circumstances maybe more abt. Tough job market for many--no job--no payments back.Stalled wages--once again not sure on figure--over 50,000--55,000 before hex kicks in. All taxpayers pay for our Education system.All taxpayers pay for our health system. There where figures release previously that stated many professional earn`t over 200,000+. Many can say the pay extra tax--yet can claim extra deductions. As I think perhaps the hex fee kicking in repayment figure could go higher as living costs are higher. In life everything costs so if they no repayments to cover the costs--hows do one think it gets paid--all other taxpayers pay more.
