Explain then why in the UK where there is a total ban on handguns, there has been a startling increase in handgun related crimes of violence, while in the parts of the US where handgun ownership is the highest crime is minimal?
Recent changes to gun laws in Australia have only been affecting persons legally licensed to possess firearms, because they are the only ones with a recorded ownership. The crims remain & will remain unaffected.
