    If you think about this in a logical way, without trying to look for the good or the bad....and approach it from a logistics standpoint. An obvious aspect of this deal is that Pharma don't like supply risk. Single supplier for all your market is bad enough. Your single supplier having a single facility is a concern.

    This buys them a more robust supply chain.

    Flextronics as a strategic supplier...GREAT! Partner? If there is a dollar being made for Flextronics then that is a dollar we are not making in the manufacture of our own devices. Still this screams brilliant if its Lisa. If its wearables and other devices with primary packaging containers then I really hope they are just a component supplier. We are not aninjection moulding company, nor an electronics company...but want to be sure we are getting the value add pricing of our own device manufacture.

    We will see, but personally I did invest in a med tech device manufacturer, not an R&D co. that farm out production of devices.
