unilife corporation announces preliminary fina, page-5

The thought of a BD (or Covidien) takeover has started milling around in my noggin.

I know there may be contractual complications with Sanofi, but nothing is surmountable.

With everything/facilities/staff in place and talk of expansion and yet serious sales still a little while off, it appears that Unilife is a business in a box.

What figure would make Unilife (and holders) sit up and take notice?

AS has extended his contract, so he has ensured himself a nice role or payout should there be a friendly takeover.

An even $1 Billion?

BD have over $1.5 Billion sitting in cash and short term investments...

Please shoot this thought down in flames so I can get it out of my head, or...
