Another small deal now would not hurt the SP - ever thought it might be a good one or even bigger. It would be spelt out that it is not the BIG deal coming. It would add another layer of rev/fees on top of the other announced deals.
Flip the coin - where would the SP be now without his spin about this deal being routed for signatures. Becoming a top prefill manufacturer. My guess is probably 20c or lower. Wouldn't we all be bitching then. Just shows me how desperate he was to stop the shorts pushing it down that low.
His small shareholder reputation was shot to pieces years ago. But the instits hold him in high esteem. He has a pretty thick hide.
It's like death - the deal will happen.
