It could depend on whether they order two hsm at once or two a year apart just speculating. Why would they be at once because they have expectation of a large payment to cover costs why would they be apart because they dont have such an expectation . Therefore it is possible and I am definitley not syaing it is certain that He has recieved information about an imminent( Theres that word again) payment
