No wonder the market is not buying the story. There appear to many inconsistencies in stories. It's far from the first time. Only last this week we has issues oveer the 450m capacity by the end of 2014. This was also changed.
So perhaps the market is wondering about the rebuttal to the accusations by Forbes?
I don't understand the reason for this latest change of story. Surely he know that the market won't get excited by him claiming a shorter ramp up period. He must know that this can only create further negativity towards UNS.
