not2, the way the class action suits work is that you have to determine damages. If your lead plaintiff lost 10K, you aren't getting money other than something to go away. The class period for this is small and with the stock price rising so much recently the urgency to join the class diminishes. My guess is that this will settle by the insurance company without us ever hearing a peep. Yes, company's have insurance against this sort of thing.
