i remember reading that this was going to happen (government funding)but while it is good news that it is confirmed the rest of the news release still has the operations happening mid december till early 2011.
all the talk of within the next couple of weeks is now blown out the door.

i also remember reading that they need government approval once the cleanroom and machines are in place. and this can take time.
unless something more concrete is announced i can see this falling to the early90's. and no i am not negative just realistic
