Maybe the ambulance chasers should start a class action against these so called analysts. I would join it as they have cost me money.
As for their integrity, it may be time to find the USA equivalent of the press council and complain. They cowardly hide behind their "free speech" constitutional laws over there which makes them unaccountable in my honest opinion and without consequence.
Maybe if there is someone in the UK they should move using their horrible liable laws. Laws that are diabolically embarrassing to the country but maybe have a place here. The best part is that as long as something is published in some form and available (even electronically) in the UK my understanding is that that fall under the juristriction of the law.
I guess the bottom line is that my personal opinion of many articles in recent times is that they are written from the conclusion first then cherry pick or otherwise fill in the "analysis" to reach their goal. The conclusion strongly appears to come from personal feelings rather than objective analysis. Of course another alternative to be fair is that these writers are totally lacking in journalistic talent or in my opinion based on working in the industry lacking of moral integrity.
Sadly, they will sit back, back slap and brag about their self designated ruthlessness. If they were truly ruthless, they would not care what side they argued, they would simply lay the boot into what was right. Their lack of ruthlessness shown by their fear of management or editors if indeed that's who are telling them to write these angles.
The vent is clear again.
